The Survey used in-depth employee questionnaires and independent auditors to rate our performance and attitude in areas such as leadership, staff involvement, training, reward and job satisfaction.

At the end of this extremely searching process we emerged as the only engineering consultancy or contractor to be placed in the top 35.
